Wrong Account Type
My account was registered as Business Account by Dell. My account actually is a PERSONAL account. I have been trying to fix it from my account but getting nothing. Please help or show me a way to cancel the wrong account. Thanks!

I also have the exact same issue. I attempted to contact sales, technical any type of chat but no go. The Technical person did confirm that the LapTop is listed under my name and not a company name. I think this just may be a website link issue for Dell and no one is fixing it.
Dell does not seem to have any links or helps about this.
