Hi,
Is it possible to direct connect a DD2200 to a backup server via a 10GbE Copper, SFP+ Dual port NIC?
Is this supported and how does this work?
Can I use the second 10GbE port on the DD2200 for replication?

As long as you have the right card installed on the DataDomain you can connect it to either the Backup Server or the Media Server. Backup will be written from the Backup/Media Server to the Datadomain over the 10GbE module. You can use one port for backup and another for replication.
