Is there a new user guide for the BRS/ EBSS sizer? There is an intall guide, supplement and questionnaires etc in the zip file, but nothing for someone who has never used it before.
here is a training available in education.emc.com. Just go to that page and in the search field type "backup system sizer". That will led you to the course. Place the Order (costs 0 dollars) and the training will be listed under "My Training" in education website.
BTW, I just wonder why EMC does not make public that training. When I began in this it was hard to me because nobody told me there was a training.
