In OME in the details of my R710s, under Software Agent Information, there is a line item for iDRAC with NA for the Agent Version, and the Agent Description shows "This system component provides a complete set of remote management functions for Dell PowerEdge Servers". There is a purple question mark icon under the Agent Global Status for it as well. My question, is is there a agent I need to have installed on the server for the iDRAC? The other software agent items like Server Administrator and Inventory Collection Agent are green and show correct versions.
