WSMan error
I have a DRAC that is showing all the correct data in OME except device name.
In checking wsman connectivity using the troubleshooting tool I see this error:
External component has thrown an exception.
The drac has the latest firmware 1.51.51 and has been reset and the device has been deleted and rediscovered reinventoried in OME with same results.
Any suggestions on how to fix?

It is showing the IP rather than the device name entered into Static DNS Domain Name field in DRAC.
nslookup will not work as we do not use DNS for any of our DRAC network. It is all IP based and ome discovery is all done by IP.

So, in this case if you go to "Discovery schedule" and select "Name resolution" as "Netbios", then you should be able to see the proper name. When the name resolution is set as DNS, then OME tries to get that information from the DNS server using nslookup.
But in this case, the setting will be applied for the discovery tasks that you will create.

Thanks Pupul.
So why are all my other couple hundred devices coming up with the correct name with discovery set to DNS?
Also for reference none of the remote devices use OMSA and all remote connectivity is done via DRAC.

Hi Cameron,
When you say incorrect device name, what is the name that you are expecting and what is the name you are seeing?
You can perform an nslookup on your idrac from you OME machine and check what is the name that is shows.
