Seagate Backup Exec
Hi...I have an old tape that I am trying to restore, and I believe that it was made under Windows 98. The software was Arcada Backup Exec which could have been retitled Seagate Backup Exec.
Here are instructions from the Dell website: http://support.dell.com/support/topics/global.aspx/support/kcs/document?c=us&docid=125820&doclang=en&l=en&s=gen&cs=
The file is ddbe20i.exe
I can't find this file anywhere. Do you have any recommendations?
Thanks,
Mitchell
try this: ftp.dell.com/.../DDBE20I.exe

Hello Mitchell,
We don’t have a link from Dell to get the software. But if you google the file there are some 3rd party sites that have the file that you are looking for.
Let us know if you have any other questions.
