Driver fault 0X9E on Win2K8R2

Hello,

I have a few IBM servers running Win2k8R2 with Emulex cards using driver 4.21003. I get a driver fault 0X9E. These servers have different HBAs with different firmware. Hardware different but operating system and Emulex driver the same. Has anyone seen this problem?

    Check the driver against the recommended one here for your HBA.

    I did. Recommended is 2.41.003 which we are running.

    I think it may be best to open a case with EMC Support. We can engage Emulex support if necessary.

    I already talked to Emulex support, they don't have a solution. They said to have Microsoft analyze the memory dump. So I guess I will put this on hold until I hear back from Microsoft.
