Startup

I have an Inspiron 3551 and Windows 10. Why do I repeatedly have to re-run UEFI setting. It works OK for a while then I have to do it again.

If you mean your changes to uefi bios does not stick, perhaps you need to replace CMOs battery with a new one?

Check the model name/number. The Inspiron 3551 is an old model. Could it be a Precision 3551?

Also is it a desktop or laptop? You posted in the Desktop forum. Both the Inspiron and Precision 3551 are laptops.

jenoseel has the Inspiron 3881 desktop shipped in October 2020.
