1 tb hard drive 12 gigs ram I7 processor, super slow literially 6-7 from start up to the time I can open an internet page...this thing is terrible! Wifes I3 HP with 4 gigs of ram runs circles around this thing....highly disappointed
Your current system hardware is good, the hard drive could use a little upgrade to a 2.5" SSD. A clean install of OS will bring life back to your laptop. You can even test windows 11 if you like. Just make sure to back up your data before working on the drive.
