alienware command center and g shift key
i bought g15 5511 1 week ago
i wanted to install alienware command center on my laptop
whenever i try to install command center an error appear saying cant install alienware command center due to incompatable device please help how could i know if the g mode is on without the command center

Same problem for me man. There's no way around it, we cannot install AWCC anymore. I can't play games during the holidays because I'm afraid without the fan controls, I'd diminish the life of my laptop even more.

Hi @khan hammad welcome to this free user-to-user Alienware laptop discussion forum.
The Alienware Command Center (AWCC) Application should have been installed at the factory. Your Programs and Features should list installation of Alienware Command Center Package Manager Version 5.5.26.0 so that AWCC gets installed.
Note: Support for Dell G15 5511 Drivers & Downloads includes the Alienware Command Center Application, (which is currently Version 5.5.26.0, A00) which says If you face download or installation issues, download the Alienware Command Center Application - Full Installer to download the Alienware Command Center Application, (which is currently Version 5.5.26.0, A00).
