It took hours, but I finally found the drivers for this (possibly other) Base System Device.

Here's the link to download it from my Google Drive:  https://drive.google.com/file/d/1rrsyg7Gnr02mHxfh3DdACR0SYNsvHRn6/view?usp=sharing

There's no installer - you'll have to unzip the file to your machine, then go to the missing device, click the Drivers tab, click Update Driver, Browse For a Location, select the folder you unzipped it to, and it should find and install the driver.

@Edison Computers You are the best, it's a shame Dell doesn't publish such a wonderful compilation of drivers as you already did, with the excuse our computers aren't compatible with windows 11... Worked like a charm for my T7910 tower!

    System model?  OS version?

It's probably a chipset driver, but without those no one can assist.

Well I will suggest you to install the latest chipset drivers from the official website and if you not able to find the driver than you can try a good driver updater software like advanced driver updater which can help you in install the latest chipset driver.

I had this same issue, Dell G7 7588. I resolved it by manually installing the driver: ACPI Processor Container Device
