Posting images is an excellent method to communicate when words are inadequate. Three images have been posted and the last image is good. The earlier two images are mainly white and not good. Please consider reducing their size, so that their sparse content can be seen.

Well what I would do is just set the CPU minimum power to 100% when plugged in and then even if it’s the balanced power mode, you still get the performance.

Did you click on Show additional Power Plans? High performance was hidden at first for me. 

I went back to have a look but its not there

but I don't have that option

Here’s something I did before.

powercfg -duplicatescheme e9a42b02-d5df-448d-aa00-03f14749eb61

Type that in Command prompt  as an administrator and then run it by clicking enter. Then go back to the power plans and click make new one. But make sure to close power plans before entering the command.

Same problem as OP.

Creating that "Ultimate Performance" mode with mentioned command only seems to make copy-paste version from the only Balanced mode. And none of the modes have that "Processor power managment" or any other Performance/Advanced drop menu.

To enable High Performance mode, open Alienware Command Center and Click F9 on the laptop keyboard. (There's also a huge G on the F9 key.) Once you do that, you'll see a blue G appear on the top of the screen in Alienware Command Center, and a pop up on the bottom right of the screen that says "High Performance Mode enabled". After you're in High Performance mode, You can click on the 3 slider looking settings button that's to the right of the dark/light mode slider, and go to the "Game Shift" tab and choose more aggressive cooling options. By default, it's set to High Performance, But if you really want your fans to scream, you can have it on rapid cool. which is the most aggressive cooling option. Hope this helps. I actually came across this thread, because I was trying to figure out a way to enable high performance mode without the laptop keyboard. I have my laptop hidden behind a TV when I use it, because of my toddler, just using a wireless keyboard. So if someone figures out a way to enable High Performance Mode without use of the laptop keyboard, I'd be eternally grateful. If you don't have Alienware Command Center installed, you can search for your dell g15 laptop model drivers on dells website, and install it through there.
