I have dell inspiron 15 3000 series laptop since 4 years, but from 1 or 2 month I'm facing freezing problem. If i connected my pc to wifi after 4 or 5 minutes pc totally freezing and a red cross appears on wifi. It make me very frustrating. I have tried various ways through Internet but its not working. Plz help me
Open device manager – expand network adapter – right click on the wireless driver & click on uninstall (do not check the box that says deleted driver) & restart the computer. This will refresh the driver.
Right click on the time on your desktop screen – click on task manager- click on startup tab & disable all options including the anti-virus & restart the computer.
Have you tried connecting to a different network to check if the issue persists?
For my reference, please click on the message tab next to your avatar– click “New Message” & search for my Dell username (Dell-Sreejith R) & send a private message with the service tag, registered name & email address.

What is a Dell Service Tag and how do I locate it?
