ive had multiple problems with connecting a headset mic, the audio works, but whenever i try the mic, it allways uses the laptop audio, i tried it with the steelseries arctics 3 and the mpow BH439A, i looked up every video/blog but none of them worked, why is this happening?

i tried the setting and allow acces to the mic, ine changed configs, i tried every trick in the book but it just uses the computer mic. please help
