Hello, I am new to the community. I have a new 7391 2 in 1, and the optane memory and storage management application fails to open. I instead receive the error code 0xA009063B. I have replaced the RST drivers, and uninstalled and reinstalled the application. Also, the rstmwrpc service is missing. Both Dell support and Intel support say they cannot help me. I greatly appreciate any help with getting this issue resolved. Thank you so very much.
Thank you. I thought the icon in programs might be for the management console referred to on the Intel site. Do you know why the Intel optane memory and storage management icon is in with the other applications? Thank you again for your prompt reply.
From descriptions I have seen, it looks to be a PCI-e. And optane + SSD is listed in the device manager. Also, I forgot to mention that the application, the subject of my original post, is in the Microsoft store. I deleted the one on my computer and downloaded the new one. It of course still did not work.
Last week, I received my brand new Inspiron 7706 2n1, and realized today that Intel Optane wasn't working properly : I also get this 0xA00906B3 error message when lauching Intel Optane Memory Storage Management app. I did a search online and found Intel recommandation to re-launch RstMwPrc service, but I can't find it in 'services.msc'.
What should I do now to fix this issue ? Please explain with basic words !

What model SSD does the system have? Most of these ship with native NVMe SSDs -- not Optane-accelerated QLC SSDs.
