My Laptop Model is Inspiron 15 - 3567 

Processor - Intel(R)  Core(TM)  i3 - 7020U CPU @ 2.30GHz 2.30 GHz

I'm unable to find the option to enable touchscreen in tablet mode. I need to know that is it not available in the above mentioned model?
