Please list exact model number for Dell keyboard and mouse. Dell uses service tag number to help identify model numbers for keyboard and mouse. The service tag number usually is listed underneath the bottom of keyboard and inside the mouse where the batteries are located.

I'm assuming you purchase keyboard/mouse combo unit, model number KB3322W.

1. Power off computer. Remove the battery from the keyboard

2. Disconnect USB Type-A receiver dongle from your computer.

3. Wait a few minutes, reinstall receiver dongle and keyboard battery. Power on computer, hopefully keyboard perform normally.

yes i purchased a wireless mouse keyboard combo model number KB3322W
