BOOTING PROBLEM

Hello Dell communities, I don't know what happened and how to go about it. I switched off my Dell LATITUDE 3330 all for me to switched it on and see it displaying

"Intel(R) Boot Agent GE v1.5.50

PXE-E61: Media test failure, check cable

PXE-MOF: Exiting Intel boot agent

The hard drive is not detected or Windows files are corrupt. Access the BIOS and make sure that Windows Boot Manager is first in the boot menu. Run diagnostics, F12 at boot, and watch for any driver errors. Also try reseating the HDD/SSD to ensure that it is properly making connection. Have you made any changes or updates prior to this happening?

@JOcean I've done all these but I'm planning to open and check the hard drive connection because the system hardware check up told me that there's no hard drive connected or found... so I think the only option left is to figure out if the hard drive has shifted or its not connected properly or cleaning it as well too.... or what do you think??

@Teejay073 In a laptop it is possible that the drive connection is not firm but there is the possibility that the drive has failed. But considering the age of the laptop that would be difficult to believe. Keep in mind that your drive is an M.2 SSD so pull the SSD then reconnect it again.
