Dual-Channel ram

I got today a set of G-Skill RipSaw 8x2 ddr3 memory for my Laptop, Dell latitude E5430, I wanted to check the benchmarks but all of them that I tried said that Dual channel RAM is not enabled, so I went to the BIOS but I couldn’t find anything that said dual channel, so can someone help me? I really wanna get the max performance out of my laptop

thanks

Is all of the RAM detected? Task Manager | Performance tab | Memory | in upper-right corner the total RAM is displayed.

There are free utilities that can tell you if all memory is detected and in dual channel.
In CPU-Z | Memory tab | look in the field beside "Channels #".
In Speccy | Summary | RAM | it should tell you whether it is Dual-Channel or not.
