Latitude 5590 missing driver

I have one driver in my Latitude 5590 that I can't locate. Hardware ID shows {DD8E82AE-334B-49A2-AEAE-AEB0FD5C40DD}\DetectionVerification and the Device Status is "no compatible drivers found". I've used Dell Command Update to try to look for new drivers but that failed to update this one. I've done an internet search for the Hardware ID and it might be associated with Realtek High Def Audio drivers. When I install the drivers directly from Intel the driver is installed but after restart the driver goes back to unknown driver. Does anyone have any other ideas on what I can do?

Install the realtek audio driver from Dell website and it should go away. The driver is dated Sept 2018.

+1 on the Realtek audio driver as a fix. I had the same issue with a Latitude 5420 Rugged laptop

Lesson learned on a 5490, download and install the drivers offline. Allowing Windows to auto install lost me 30 minutes searching and installing older drivers. It appears in my case that the older audio driver had some additional elements not included with the newer version.

What is the name of the driver that we should download offline?

On the support page for the 5590 click on drivers then select audio from the list. Only 1 driver is available and it should work. The support page is listed in the previous posts.

Thank you for the info !!

Today 6/4/2021 I downloaded the 2020 version of the driver and now it is properly installed and not asking for any additional driver.
