This PC was sold to me as having a maximum resolution of 1920 x  1080. It currently shows as 1366 x 768 (Recommended); that's the highest it goes. I did install the most recent Dell driver for it but it did not change anything. I re-installed the same driver in Admin mode with all AV/security off with no change. Many 'diagnostic' utilities say it has the Full HD so is something blocking the driver install's ability to extend the resolution ?
