this is my forth dell laptop and this is my second latitude 7400 I bought 2 months ago, now my main problem is the touch sometime its stop completely if I push little hard with two fingers it moves but not normal like move and stop and then stop again I have tried all what you have mentioned here but problem remains can you advice if I can do something more from home since my country now locked complete, also another issue with the screen there is very small green dot if I open black page do you think its a problem with the screen and if there is problem with the screen it will increase with time or it will remain as it is, waiting for your kind advice
