Well my order was canceled by Dell because of configuration problems.

I called Dell and it was no problem just order again.

Can happen I think and I go and reorder my laptop.

PROBLEM: The laptop with the same configuration now is 200 Euro more expensive!!!

I call the customer support and they tell me this can't be changed, because I can only order on the internet and blablabla too bad.

Well I can tell you I'm not gonna pay 200 euro more for something I am not responsible for.

There are now 2 3 options:

1. Dell apologizes and I can pay the original prize.
2. Dell loses me as a customer and I go to System76 or the like.
   ...
3. Buy a less expensive XPS13 to support the Sputnik effort.

Still I am very very disappointed and p....d off.

I chose option 3 ordered a XPS13 instead. It's cheaper but will do what I need it for.

Don't disappoint me Dell. I have been looking around and there are other choices.
