hi, i hv shrunk my c: drive from 140gb to 130 gb. Then i boot my comp thro 8.04.1 ubuntu. i clicked on install ubuntu. during loading, it showed following errors-
Well right click on my computer. There is manage icon. Then click on disk management and then storage. Then in the C: drive slot right click and click shrink. Then enter the amount u want to shrink. I have loaded ubuntu by shrinking C; drive by 10gb

Run the test to see if the burned cd had errors. If yes, try again with a new download or order a cd from Canonical.
If no...by any chance is this a HP computer that you are trying to install Ubuntu on?
