AC adapter

Hi everytime I plug in my AC adapter is shows the error message "the AC adapter currently connected is not supported system will continue on battery"

Could someone help me please?

Hello,

Try doing a power drain. To perform a power drain, follow the steps below.

Turn the system off and disconnect the AC adapter.

Disconnect the battery

Disconnect all external devices (USB devices, external monitors, headsets, etc)

Press and hold the power button for 30 seconds.

Connect everything again and turn on the system.

Which BIOS version is your system running? What percentage of battery power are you currently showing?
