Alienware 14 lights problem
the lights of my alienware 14 don't work now. i have tried many ways including restoring operating system to factory state, updating the bios, re-installing Alienware Command Center trying to fix it but i failed. All the lights including the wifi, caption and battery lights only light for 3 seconds and then go dark immediately when i open my computer and i click "go light" in Alienware Command Center. oh, i forgot to mention that the light on internet interface on the right side will light and won't turn off when i plug into the wire. So what should i do now? should i sent it to repaire? i just bought it for 4 mouth, i didn't think it would broken so quickly....

Hello Jasonxu!
Have you uninstall the command center and the .Net Framework 3.5, 4.0 and 4.5 as it says on this article?
That might fix the problem, let us know if it works.
