Alienware Aurora Fan issue
Probably not the best place to ask but, this jet turbine next to me is driving insane. I have a Alienware Aurora non ALX. The 3 sensors near me all read 26 C the system fan is at 1162 RPM and roams around that. Now the PCI Fan is running at 5340 100% and the Hard Drive Fan 4337 100%. Those two never come off 100% This just randomly happened one day when I came home from work. All the lighting works fine and responds fine. Diagnostic tests all pass for the board and the sensors. The system fan goes thru its RPM test and goes up and down. Pretty much the question I'm asking is help with getting these other 2 fans back to normal. I've done just about everything install re-install clean the PC out again. Clean install Command center tried a different version and even went back to the normal one to ensure the board didn't brick itself. Yet these two fans seem stubborn as ***. Also if I try to curve them they do not respond to manual control at all no matter what I do with them.
Tried everything in this post en.community.dell.com/.../19338298 as well as going ahead and re trying as you suggested Rodrigo. I'm actually to the point of thinking something is wrong the Master I/O Board. Though it throws me off that their is since the Sensors all appear to work verified by taxing the system running a game to see if the temp would go up and down. Which it did between playing then stopping while watching it while it idled. The system is blowing cold air out the bottom front and the back. Can change lights all I want colors sectors etc. Just no joy with the fans and thermal control trying to control the 2 active thermal fans. Forgot to add and rechecked to make sure BIOS is A11 the only update available for the Aurora that I have.
Check and post ... your idle and also gaming temps from CPU-ID HW Monitor
Also, see if one liquid cooling tube is cool, while the other feels hot.

Hello,
Make sure your system is running the latest BIOS firmware, you can download it from the Dell support site. Try doing a power drain. To perform a power drain, follow the steps below.
