Hello,

I recently re-installed a fresh windows home premium on my mx15 Alienware, installed the installation disks that came with the laptop. but my alienware fx controller refuses to come alive. I have gone through all the support suggestions that is downloading the latest alienware command center and re- installing my .net framework and so on, but the problem persists. It gives a ,net error message when the computer comes on line.
