My HDD messed up, so I went out to buy a SSD.
Now I'm in need of the windows license that I had before, is there any way i could get it back?

Hi damaya01,
It is sad that the HDD on your computer failed and you had to replace it. The windows need to be manually installed using discs.
Assuming the Computer has Windows 7 Operating system do use the link below:
