Hard drive does not work
Error code 2000-1055 hard drive does not appear. It clicks upon starting then sometimes shows up in the diagnostics.

It comes it goes and clicks sometimes. Tried different boot options. Then says boot undetected? Anyway does something occasionally like actuates partially then seems probably jammed. Have warranty with never successfully getting responsible parties. Nice laptop though. Just disappointed. Broken like really broken. Five months

It's a 13 modely only from November 2016. It's the original hard drive. That came with never upgraded. Windows 10 that has been tended.
Test HDD on USB-Tester or in USB-Enclosure.
If you bought it new, sounds like it's still under 1-year warranty. If so, Eimy can help or just call Phone Support.

Hi ,
What's the system model and revision?
And can you give us more details about the issue, is this the original HDD giving issues? or this is an upgrade?
