Old Sata HD
So two years ago after I purchased my x51, I dismantled and tinkered with my old pc. A Compaq running Windows xP. I've recently come across the HD disk and wanted to install it into my new pc. Would it be as simple as mounting it, and hooking up a Sata cable to the motherboard and a power cable to the power supply? Would my x51 have enough power to use it? It's completely stock.

Which do you recommend i use? I looked some up online but im pretty much blind here.
