TactX Mouse Light Problem

Hi there;

I just bought an Alienware Aurora with tactx mouse. But i cannot change mouse's lights. When i try to change its color in CC, it does not take any effect( remains blue color which is default). Any solution?

Thanks

    Try to create a all new theme for the lights on your system including the mouse lights, if this doesn't work uninstall and reinstall the command center to check if there's any issue with the program itself.

    Xenie, Alienware-Karen,

    Do users need the Tactx software in addition to the Command Center?

    * Read this:
    http://www.alienwarearena.com/forums/topic/17597/hardware/tactx-mouse-software-help-/

    * The 375mb file is here:
    http://ftp.us.dell.com/input/R238599.zip

    * Once installed, Start- All Programs- Alienware should show:
    Alienware TactX Keyboard
    Alienware TactX Mouse
    Command Center

    Hello there my name is lee and I think I can help you out. when you are in the alien fx you should see in the right top side a picture of a base unit and a mouse, click on the mouse and you will see a box in the middle which says view basic mode click on there and you should be able to change the colour from there...
