Blue Screen- Need Help!
Hello,
I have a Dimension 8400 (for a little over a year now)
& my computer goes to a blue Screen (freezes) when I am in the process
of burning a DVD/CD. Sometimes it just "Blue Screens" when I am in the middle
of another application.
What could be causing this & how do I fix this problem?
I get the following error message( but I have not done anything different to my computer):
Thanks
