Dimension 2400 won't boot *PLEASE HELP*
I've got a Dimension 2400 that is about 1 or 2 years old. I shut it down to take out a wireless card, but the computer wouldn't boot after the card was removed. I tried putting the card back but still won't boot. I've reseeded the hard drive cable, the RAM, and removed all the PCI cards that were present. I've also tried removing the mother board battery, unplugging the power cord, and holding the power button down for a couple of seconds; still no boot.
All i can really say is that the system lights on the back are A & B are green and C & D are Yellow.
If anyone can help me I'd greatly appreciate it.

Thanks for the suggestion, but I've already seen that troubleshooting page. It had me remove the expansion cards and reboot. So I removed one card and tried to boot, nothing. Then I tried removing the last expansion card and rebooting, no improvment. Finally I put the cards back in, but the computer still wouldn't get past the Dell screen.
In order to reset the BIOS to default wouldn't I pull the CMOS Jumper off the mother board and then put it right back where i found it?
Also, when I press F2, the key stroke is recognized because it says "Entering Setup", but after that it does the same thing as when it tries to boot normally. That is flashing a blinking cursor at the top left of a black screen. After the Dell screen disapears I get no loading windows page or anything.

-Sarah- That is what happens if you remove a hardware without uninstalling it. Next time, before you remove any part, right click on the my computer icon on your desktop and then click properties.then click the Hardware TAB and then click the Device Manager button.There, you would see the complete list of hardware installed on you computer. Look for the part that you would like to remove, select it and click uninstall on the toolbar. then, that part would become a yellow question mark. That is the time you can turn off the computer and remove that part.To fix your computer problem right now, you may have to have the Operating system backup disk (Windows XP back up CD)You must be able to put it in the cd drive, and then restart the computer, and then wait for the computer to tell you "To boot from Cd, press any key..." press any key immediately for this would only wait for 5 seconds. Then it would boot up from your cd and may take some minutes.Wait for the options to appear. You may choose to reinstall the whole thing or just repair the system by pressing "R".This should work coz i believe your computer problem is a basic operating system failure.
