I need the following drivers:
multimedia Audio Controller
Video controller (VGA compatible)
SM Bus controller
Ethernet Controller
service tag # 3WTRD41
formatted down system and says cannot find drivers

You need to install the chipset drivers and SP1 first, and then the other hardware drivers.
All drivers are on your resource CD or
http://support.dell.com/support/downloads/index.aspx?c=us&cs=19&l=en&s=dhs
(enter your service tag number).

I did this but still missing 3 drivers
I used the resource CD and gets to unzipped files then will not go any further
