Every time I try to log on I get this message Error 31: a device attached to your system is not funtioning. If I just continue to redial I will eventually get inline, but when I do and try to open more than one window, my computer will lock up. Sometimes when I get online I cannot open any of the links, or any other programs on my computer for that matter. Now I am not just a computer wiz here but I can follow instructions and having not been on line at all I took my computer back, they told me the problem was fixed but now I have this so I called tech support and followed the instructions that you here while waiting for a tech. It seems to have workedsome for I am online, but I still get the message and have to redial 2 to 3 times. Also my computer is slow like the dinosaur that my kids use. I got this computer for christmas, Dec 25, 04, had it one day took it back and got it back again on Dec 31, 04. What do I do?
