When I tried to use my floppy drive for the first time it would not work. It said:

A:\ is not accessible
No ID address mark was found on the floppy disk.

I tried several disks which I know work on other computers. I ran Dell Diagnostics and it reported Diskette Drive - Fail - error code 02H

I do not know what the error code means. I uninstalled and reinstalled the driver but that did not solve the problem.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
