I just bought a video card for my dimension 2350. The video card i bought was ATI 9100 PCI. I followed the directions and put it in and when I plugged the monitor into the video card and turned on the computer the monitor was blank. What do I do?!?!?!?!?!

What part of it do i read for help on this topic? If you get no video with the pci card, then it could be due to the bios. The 2400 has a bios upgrade to activate the (primary video controller function)
The 2350 has a bios upgrade, but it doesn't mention that it includes the same changes made to the 2400 bios. You need this function to set the primary video controller to AUTO/PCI.. Upgrade the bios and see if this activates that function, then follow the video faq here
Good luck

Go into d BIOS. While starting keep tapping the .DEL key & then go change video from onboard to PCI. This should work send me a private message if it works. On dell site look for a BIOS upgrade for your systemTwo days ago I bought a pci video card for my 2350. I followed the disable instructions and also had a blank screen with the monitor connected to the card. I called Dell technical support and was told that my 2350 will not accept a video card because the onboard Intel graphics that is on my computer cannot be disabled and the computer will not recognize the installed card. If I remember correctly I think the tech rep also you cannot disable in BIOS. Anyway, for what it is worth, that's the information I got from Dell. If you are successful in installing a card I would appreciate you letting us know.
