I just upgraded my Dell XPS720's RAM to 2x1GIG GSKILL DDR800. The factory timings on the RAM are 4-4-4-12 @2.0V. I installed the two sticks and the timings are showing 5-5-5-15 @1.85V. I can't seem to correct this. I have tried using NTune but it will not let me change the CAS latency to 4 as it should be, it is locked at 5. And any changes I make to the voltage or other timings are short lived as they reset to default within minutes. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
