Optiplex GX150 LPT1 problem
System :
Optiplex GX150 with Windows 2000 PRO SP4, 128MB RAM, 20GB HDD
Problem:
LPT1 was working fine, and suddenly it doesn't work. I have directly connect an Epson FX-880 and when the PC is starting up the printer does some movements, but when th OS finished to load the printer doesn't print and the system spooler appears with normal operation and before a while it displays an error with "Printer ERROR".
How could I resolve this problem?

Thank you for using the Dell Community Forum.
If the system sees the printer connected then, the port is working. You may want to troubleshoot the printer or totally uninstall and then reinstall the printer drivers.
