Problem with 8100 on Start Up
When i power on the machine, it seems to go into standby or sleep or whtever. At any rate it does not completely boot up. I have to power off again, and power back on and it comes up on the second try. Everything in powermanagement is and hibernate is turned off (does not appear on the shut down menu). ANy help?
TIA
Andy

- USB Emulation was already off and turning off the mouse port disabled my USB mouse (Explorer mouse). I have 3 USB devices. Any other ideas?
Thanks

(press F2 when it tells you to do so on boot up)
go down to where it says INTEGRATED DEVICES
press enter
turn USB emulation OFF (highlight and press the right arrow key)
turn mouse port OFF (highlight and press the right arrow key)
hit esc
hit esc again and exit saving changes
I think it should help
