Raid Issue
My father has a Dell XPS 400 and from his phone call the other day it sounds like one of the hard drives failed. This happened a little over a year ago too but it was still under warranty so Dell replaced it. I'm trying to help him fix it over the phone but I need more information then hes able to give me on how this works, I'm guessing Dell set this up as a Raid 1 array but is also using Norton Ghost?
Below is the information he sent me. Do I just need to replace the failed hard drive with another 160 gig hard drive and thats it? Is there anything special that needs to be done? How do I determine which drive failed. (Please feel free to use tech terms and I'm pretty experience fixing computers).
