Shortcut Problems
Hello,
I was searching for some file today on my computer and I saw a very old Microsoft Word Document in there. I thought I had deleted it, so I clicked on it, and it could it find it. It was damaged or something like that, and it ask me do you want to delete the shortcut, I said Yes. So my computer does delete the file, but not the shortcut???There are probaly hundreds of old shortcuts if I searched for them, how can I clean them up? Scan Disk, DiskClean-up, Defrag?? -Greg

Check out System Mechanic (www.iolo.com)
It will scan for broken shortcuts, as well as much more.
