have a dell l800r running windows me. has gotten very slow in opening and closing programs. takes forever sometimes. it also doesen't restart or shut down properly. the "wait" and " end task" window always appears when i want to log off or shut down. almost at my wits end! can anyone offer some advice or point me to a good book that might walk me through these problems. any help is truly appreciated, thankyou!
