Hello Sir/Madam,

I found my dell monitor (U2412M) began to flash from last Wednesday ( I ordered on Jan 10, 2012).

I tried to contact tech support, it prompted me input service code -- I can't find the service code/tag on the back of the monitor.

There is only a S/N.

I live in Toronto canada, if I can find a dell suport site or a store help me check the issue.
