One more Q, my comp is dimension8300.Anyone bought 9800pro 256MB or 9800xt from newegg.com and had no problem after install it ??(must be dimension8300) thx all the help!~:smileyvery-happy:

i have an x800 pro in my dimension 8300 without needing to upgrade anything else and it hasn't caused me any probs. its very unlikely a 9800 pro or xt will cause you any problems since dell was actually shipping these cards with the dimension 8300. just make sure you use something like driver cleaner to clean out any left overs from previous drivers before installing your new card and its drivers.
