I have an Inspiron E1505I am having a problem getting my Bluetooth to work. Whenever I open the Bluetooth menu, it won't work and says "Not responding". Now this may be a Vista issue, but I am not sure. But when I boot up my computer, I get an error message that says:

"ERROR:  Unable to start the Bluetooth stack service."

I don't know if this is what is preventing my Bluetooth from working or not. I almost had it working yesterday but when I went to connect to my headphones, a different error message came up that said something like "Parameter not found". I do not know what the problem is.
