Can refresh rate damage my comp?
Hey guys... I got an Ins5100 with Mobility Radeon 7500c. I want to set my resolution higher than 1024 x 768... but to do that I have to uncheck the warning in the monitor to set a higher refresh rate. Is it ok... or you recommend not messing around with the refresh rates? Thanks :)

Ok, first of all, do not mess around with the refresh rate. The refresh rate for LCD is only 60 Hz not more not less.
Secon, what type of screen do you have?
XGA = 1024 x 768 max resolution
SXGA+ = 1400 * 1050 max resolution.
If you bought the XGA there is nothing you can do to make your resolution go higher than 1024 * 768 unless you change the whole screen (quite expensive).
