Dell does not support Windows 8.1 on this system - you may be able to find drivers from Intel (Chipset and integrated video) and AMD (hybrid video) but Dell will not have drivers for you.

You can try this it works often. Highlight and copy the 2nd line in the group of 4 then paste it into your prefferred serch engine. It should take you at least to a page that will supply info on where to get the driver.

I believe it works better with some hardware and not so with others. I myself have been seaechimh for 2 weeks for the ethernet controller driver and no luck. I called support and I think8// I would have better luck calling the whit house and asking to speak to the president.

    Hi Wasfi,

I think I may have a better suggestion than my last. This page is where I solved my Windows 7 driver problems completely. I modified it to see if your model is there and it is there for Win 7. I think you and go to the site using this link and then modify your search in the search bar there. I know these answers are not 100%solid but they will at least steer you in the right direction.

Go here to start the search.

I think your specific machine is there somewhere.

This is quite a common problem with integrated graphics because OEMs do not regularly update their drivers. The LeshCatsLab is an unofficial community which are compiling together and testing drivers for switchable graphics:
