I have an E6500 running Windows 7.  When I am at the office I have it connected to a docking station with Ethernet connection and power options set to never standby or hibernate.  When I return to my computer after being away for more than about 10 minutes I always find that the network connection has been interrupted and Outlook and IM clients need to reconnect.  I went into device manager and set the Ethernet NIC's power options to never disable but I still have the issue.

Does anyone know how I can fix this so the connection is always on when the computer is on?  So far it hasn't been a huge issue, just annoying that I keep getting knocked off IM, but I'm sure at some point I will want to be able to do a huge download or connect to my computer over Remote Desktop and those things will not work correctly with this going on.
